We are seeking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our Talent Team with the following qualifications;
- Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s Degree,
- 1+ years of experience in recruitment and employer branding,
- Strong proficiency in MS Office programs including advanced Excel skills,
- English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication,
- Positive and team player personality,
- Have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Description:
- Execute the corporate recruitment strategy to ensure to attract and retain the best candidates and increase company reputation as an employer-of-choice,
- Support recruitment team in recruitment process including cv searching and screening,
- Organizing the interviews with Service Lines and following recruitment flow,
- Taking an active role in whole recruitment process,
- Conducting career activities at target universities to increase our brand strength and communicate potential candidates closer,
- Contributing to preparation and execution of all recruitment related projects,
- Periodical reporting of all tasks.
