Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Job Summary: Responsible for managing the entire recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The role involves strategic planning to attract top talent, improving recruitment processes, and leading a team of recruiters to achieve hiring goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies to meet the organization's staffing objectives.
Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of recruiters, providing guidance and support to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the recruitment process.
Collaborate with department managers to understand their hiring needs and develop specific recruiting plans.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
Utilize various sourcing methods to attract passive and active candidates, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, to assess the efficiency of recruitment strategies.
Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to remain competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.
Negotiate offers with candidates and manage the onboarding process.
Manage recruitment budget and vendor relationships, including negotiations with job boards and recruitment agencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of successful candidate placement within various levels and departments.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
Overall Experience: 9-12 years
