IT Advisor, Technology Consulting, (Technology Strategy & Transformation - Technology Strategy & Operations - Product Delivery) (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1560838), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Boston, MA.

Help clients design and implement new product delivery models that create competitive advantage, optimize costs, and create experiences that customers desire. Responsible for delivering client engagements and supporting sales across the full spectrum of product delivery including: Business & IT Transformation Management, Product Organization Enablement, Product Strategy, Planning, and Design, and Product Implementation & Delivery. Advise clients in transforming the way they build and deliver products by focusing on product strategy, customer experience, innovation, intelligent automation, digital transformation, workforce transformation, and technology platform. Lead agile frameworks, DevSecOps, value realization, technology platforms, and emerging technologies. Develop relationships with key business, technical and client stakeholders to ensure the business case and customer satisfaction goals are met. Scale product teams from small/medium to large-scale teams, while ensuring alignment to the organization’s product strategy. Assist in seeking expansion and improvements of existing products in areas of expertise to create growth opportunities and sales.

Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Operations Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Operations Science, Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field and 4 years of related work experience.

Must have 4 years in one or a combination of any the following: advisory, consulting, and/or industry experience.

Must have 2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following:
• backlog management and prioritization
• customer/user research
• success criteria/metric creation
• design thinking
• prototyping
• MVP development

Must have 2 years of experience in at least 3 of the following within a product development environment:
• completing customer research
• requirements
• user stories
• roadmaps
• release plans.
• organization readiness activities.
• product launch.

Must have 2 years of experience leading development & implementation in at least 1 of the following areas: IT strategy, digital transformation, Agile operating model, or customer experience frameworks.

Must have 2 years of experience leading and mentoring teams of at least 2 people.

Must have 2 years of experience with written and verbal presentation to technology leaders at the EVP and/or VP level.

Requires travel up to 80%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.

The base salary for this job is $158,100.00 per year. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
