EY GDS Internship Program – Junior ServiceNow Consultant

Location: Wrocław / Warsaw
Hybrid model: 4 days office/1 day remote

The opportunity


ServiceNow is a global tool used widely to manage business processes of Enterprise size organization.
In this role you would be trained and prepared to become a part of project teams involved in implementation, configuration and maintenance of NowPlatform. This will allow you to develop your technical and business skills in global environment with well-established and interesting technology.


Your key responsibilities


As ServiceNow Consultant Intern you will be responsible for gathering client requirements and learn how to configure business processes using product and company best practices. You will be involved in project teams, where you will work to understand customer requirements and with your technical skill you will create them in ServiceNow platform with some senior staff supervision.


Skills and attributes for success


To succeed in the role, you must be eager to learn through onboarding training, search knowledge bases for information and wish to extend your technical knowledge of ServiceNow platform. To succeed in that you would need:

  • Experience with one of the following: ITSM, Business management or operations management platforms.
  • Willingness for learning
  • Understanding of ITIL or Agile will be an asset
  • To qualify for the role, you must have
  • Web technologies experience
  • Knowledge or experience in software development
  • Understanding of business management

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Proven experience with at least one programming language (JavaScript, Python, C#, Java or others)
  • Good command of English, German or other European language would be an advantage but not mandatory
  • University degree (eventually last year) in technical field or economic
  • Experience in Administration and Usage of ServiceNow platform would be an advantage


What we look for

We search for anyone technology oriented with potential or experience in development that can be used around ServiceNow platform. If you have some experience with JavaScript, Angular or other languages– that is great as this will help you work with ServiceNow. If your are person willing to learn and get involved top technology out there, that is the right role for you.

  • 2 months full-time paid internship (Feburary - March 2025)
