Business Analyst, Financial Services Office, Tax Technology & Transformation (Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1559022), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Tysons (McLean), VA.

Provide transformation services to financial services clients in the Insurance, Banking Capital Markets and Wealth and Asset Management industries. Enable business change in areas

including Enterprise Transformation and Risk Management, Finance Transformation, Enterprise Resource Planning, Customer transformation by assisting clients in successfully managing

and sustaining people, process and/or technology change by focusing on business engagement, readiness and adoption. Vision/translate the business case into a compelling case for

change. Plan study of work problems and procedures around organizational change. Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems,

procedures, and organizational changes. Gather and organize information on problems or procedures. Analyze data, develop solutions and present conclusions. Achieve sponsor and

leadership alignment that elevates their skills as drivers of change and stakeholder management that is engaged and inclusive. Create targeted and interactive communications. Design an

organization alignment that links processes, governance, structure and culture with the future. Develop workforce strategy and talent development plans that minimize disruption and

equips people with skills for new roles.

Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and

professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40-45 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Tax, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, MIS (business perspective), Political Science, Psychology, Statistics, Engineering

or Computer Science, or related field and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.

Alternatively, will accept a Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, MIS (business perspective), Political Science, Psychology, Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science, or related field and 4 years of related work experience.

Of the required experience must have 4 years of experience in providing transformation services in large-scale, end to end transformations for Finance, IT, and/or Risk transformation strategic initiatives, including at least 6 of the following: Visioning and Strategy workshop design and delivery, Leadership Alignment and Development, Stakeholder Management, Communications, Operating Model and Organizational Design, Governance, Training, Competency Assessment, Talent Management and Culture Change.

Must have 2 years of experience in transformation management for large scale business transformation projects and programs.

Must have 2 years of experience managing a team of junior consulting professionals.

Must have 2 years of experience with PL/SQL.

Must have 2 years of experience in one of the following analytics tools: Microsoft Power BI or Tableau.

Must meet one of the following criteria: CPA/US state bar or foreign equivalent, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, Project Management Professional, Certified Digital Product Manager, Certified Product Manager, Certified Scrum Professional, or Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Human Resources, MIS (business perspective), Political Science, Psychology, Statistics, Engineering or Computer Science, or the ability to achieve one of these certifications within one year of hiring into the role.

Travel required up to 80%, of which 10% may be international.

The base salary for this job is $210,538.00 per year. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
