As manager in IT Technology Risk Team, you will work on various advisory and IT audit engagements in different industry sectors in which EY is acknowledged as a market leader, specifically: financial services, energy and utilities, oil and gas, industrial products, retail and consumer products, real estate, etc.
Your key responsibilities
- Act as a Project/Program Manager, coordinate client engagements towards EY for implementing cross-functional projects using various technologies, through the entire development lifecycle and post-implementation activities
- Manager of the customer relationship by interfacing with all-levels stakeholders from customer side, including top management and sponsors
- You will provide guidance and share knowledge with team members and participate in performing procedures especially focusing on complex, judgmental and/or specialized issues
- Act as People Manager and Coach, ensuring team capabilities are in line with industry trends; support team members to pursue their career patch and achieve their training plans
- Responsible for staffing, recruitment, motivating, team management and leadership
Skills and attributes for success (at least 3 of the following ares)
- IT general and application controls review
- Cybersecurity and infrastructure review
- Experience performing business process assessments
- Business continuity review
- IT governance review, IT risk assessment and IT audit planning
To qualify for the role you must have
- 6+ years' experience in IT and / or information security
- Bachelor’s or Master degrees in Computer Science / Telecom / Cybernetics
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Good technical knowledge of operating systems, databases, application servers and network devices
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex information systems and apply it to client situations/ client business
- Knowledge of IT standards (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 2700x, and others)
- Ideally possesses one or more recognized IT certifications such as (CISA. CISM, CRISC, CISSP, TOGAF, CEH, OSCP)
- Excellent, proven communication skills both oral and in writing, in English and Romanian
- Demonstrate excellent project management skills, inspire teamwork and responsibility with engagement team members
- Creative thinking, problem solving orientation
- Attention to detail with a commitment to high quality and accuracy and interest in the different fields of consultancy
- Positive attitude and demonstrate willingness to learn
