- Strategic Advisory Services
- We help clients to achieve their potential from development to disposition of assets and all steps in between, including oversight, governance, highest and best use and portfolio rationalization.
- Valuation Advisory Services
- Our team has been involved with some of the largest and most challenging real estate valuations for the purposes of disposition, purchase price allocation of multi-billion dollar transactions, shareholder disputes, butterfly transactions, litigation and restructuring.
- Transaction Advisory Services
- We provide an integrated service offering that supports the client through every step of the transaction process from strategy development through to transaction execution and closing.

Your key responsibilities:
As an Associate (Manager), you will have the opportunity to work and become a leader within our SaT Real Estate specialty practice. You will have an integral role that involves working closely with other members of the rapidly growing national team to execute a variety of real estate mandates.
- Act as project lead on a diverse range of real estate mandates, including strategy, valuation and transactions.
- Valuation of various types of real estate assets and portfolios in support of various types of engagements including core valuation, due-diligence and transactions.
- Development, review and maintenance of financial models.
- Development of public and private sector real estate strategies and portfolio plans.
- Synthesize market information to be used in valuation, appraisals, competitive analysis, industry analysis, negotiation support and various other applications.
- Compiling, reviewing and analyzing relevant company and industry information, originating from a broad variety of sources (such as financial databases, industry publications, financial statements and public disclosures)
- Assist in real estate due diligence for buy-side or sell-side transactions.
- Continuous review of Canadian real estate market trends.
- Support the team in the preparation of both internal and external presentations.
- Support the team in business development and marketing initiatives across the country.
We are interested in candidates who have:
- Minimum 5+ years of related work experience, preferably in a Real Estate environment
- Undergraduate degree (preferably with a focus on real estate and/or finance)
- Willingness to work towards an AACI, CBV or CFA designation.
- An understanding of the commercial real estate industry in Canada.
- Understanding of key real estate value drivers, risks and opportunities.
- Strong project management skills.
- Strong computer and financial modeling skills
- Ability to systematically manage multiple projects and meet stringent deadlines
- Solid technology skills with robust knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Knowledge or interest in real estate processes, operations, and/or asset management
- Keen interest in working with both public and private sector clients
The successful candidate for this position will have strong written and verbal communication/presentation skills, superior analytical skills, demonstrated project and/or people management skills and have been recognized for their participatory attitude and high levels of creative energy and enthusiasm.
