This is an internal advisory position, not a traditional tax technical or client-facing role. The Tax Quality team supports client teams on a variety of quality, compliance, and risk matters throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Key responsibilities include:

• Devising local guidance and ensuring adherence to internal policies.
• Collaborating with other key functions like the General Counsel’s Office, Operations, Talent, and Risk Management.
• Supporting internal processes critical to maintaining the highest standards.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in quality control, risk management, or compliance within tax, finance, or audit-related fields.

Strong focus on internal process management rather than client-facing tasks.

A clear understanding that this role revolves around managing quality and risk standards, not tax technical work.

While technical tax experience is beneficial, the ability to handle internal quality and risk responsibilities is the top priority.
