Global Delivery Services (GDS) plays a vital role in supporting EY’s various service lines and business operations across the world. GDS operates from 5 cities- 3 in India (Gurgaon, Bengaluru and Kochi), Manila in Philippines and Wroclaw in Poland.
Purpose of Position:
The primary role and responsibility of this position will be to work in a team environment and deliver support to our EY employees and travellers during the major incidents and emergences
Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Service Delivery
1) Monitoring of Incident and alert globally and reporting to Regional Security Manager and Travel manager
2) Sending communications to our Employees and travelers through approved tools
3) Sound knowledge of Travel and geographical locations.
4) Focusing on initiatives and process improvement Plan
Skills Requirements:
1) Excellent written and oral communication skills in English language.
2) Self-starter who takes initiative and can work with minimal supervision
3) Works well in a team environment
4) Ability to work effectively in a virtual team
5) High availability required due to nature of role
6) Sound knowledge of Travel and security policy of different countries
7) Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Mostly MS Excel and MS Outlook)
8) Someone with strong multi-tasking, prioritization, organizational and time management skills.
9) Ready to work in shifts including Night shift (24/7), 5 days working and roster offs (2 Days)
Education & Experience:
1) 1 – 2 years of experience working in team from a large multi-national corporation.
2) Must have experience on Customer Relationship Management and data capturing
3) Added advantage having prior experiences working travel and security-based tools
