The Opportunity
EY is looking for a Data Management & Analytics Strategy, Technology Consulting professional to join our Technology Consulting team in Egypt/Jordan.
If you have experience in Data Management & Analytics Strategy projects, have collaborated with a broad range of stakeholders, interacted with clients, mentored and supported data consultants and strategists, and have strong data knowledge—preferably with a technical background—this role is for you. Candidates with expertise in agile methodologies, innovative agile delivery, and experience in the Tourism and GPS sectors will be given preference.
Your Key Responsibilities
Information Management & Analysis
- Help organizations create and obtain value from their data and intelligence assets through a range of services and technologies.
- Create solutions that ingest data from various sources and formats to provide value through analysis, reporting, insights, and cognitive services that learn and automate processes to achieve goals.
- Design, build, and operate architectures, infrastructures, and integration solutions that support the lifecycle management of company data assets—from acquisition to trusted consumption and monetization.
- Articulate information strategies that enable business transformation through the value of data and trusted intelligence at scale.
Information Management & Analysis focuses on three core areas:

Data Management & Strategy
- Understand and assess business strategy in connection with the value of data at scale.
- Articulate information strategies that meet business objectives by establishing a vision and target state for organization, people, data, and technology.
- Work with Information Management & Analysis professionals, program teams, management, and stakeholders to design and build analytics solutions that deliver business value.
- Design and apply methods, policies, tools, and processes to govern the lifecycle of company data assets, ensuring their protection, governance, trusted consumption, and monetization.
- Perform maturity assessments on data management capabilities, design related organizational and operating models and advise on tools and roadmaps for implementation.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- Proven experience as a business consultant or equivalent.
- Demonstratable Data & Analytics strategy experience.
- Deep expertise in the GPS sector, with preference for Tourism experience.
- Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and innovative agile delivery practices.
- Analytical mindset with excellent data collection and interpretation skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in the Middle East region; Arabic proficiency is a significant bonus.
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
