Job Purpose
As the new member of EY Hungary’s continuously growing Customer & Growth Team within the Business Consulting Service Line, your main task will be to design intuitive and engaging digital experiences that meet the needs of our clients and their users. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design, with a proven track record of working on diverse projects across different markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage UX/UI design projects from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather insights to inform design decisions
• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity mockups
• Develop and maintain design systems and style guides
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and stakeholders
• Present design concepts and solutions to clients and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies
• Ensure designs are aligned with business goals and user needs
• Iterate on designs based on feedback and user testing results
• Being open to work in international environment, other countries and cultures

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a focus on both domestic and international projects
• Strong portfolio showcasing your UX/UI design work and process
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools
• Excellent communication and presentation skills both in Hungarian and English
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
• Knowledge of design thinking methodologies and human-centered design principles
• Willingness to travel for client meetings and project requirements
