The Opportunity
We continue to empower and grow our Consulting business in Turkey. We are now seeking a “Manager” to join our growing Supply Chain & Operations Department with a focus on procurement transformation and procurement process management/technology implementation.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in Procurement Transformation & Technology Implementation: Deep understanding of procurement processes, procurement transformation, and technology implementation.
- Academic Background: Outstanding academic record, including a bachelor's degree or a graduate degree, with approximately 5 years of related work experience.
- Industry Experience: Experience in diversified manufacturing industries is a plus, preferably with project management, business consultancy, or implementation experience in Procurement, P2P with knowledge SAP MM or SAP Ariba or Coupa or Sirion, etc.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Key Skills: Cognitive flexibility, creativity, readiness to learn more, strong problem-solving and analytical skills, high level of motivation, and a self-starting attitude.
- Adaptability: Ability to think outside the box and thrive on new challenges.
- Willingness to Travel: Willingness to travel on short notice to meet client needs.
Job Description
- Procurement Transformation: Lead and participate in client engagements focused on transforming procurement processes and implementing procurement technologies.
- Technology Implementation: Familiarity with leading supply chain solutions and ERP systems, with a focus on procurement technology such as SAP Ariba / SRM / Sirion / Coupa, etc.
- Client Engagements: Participate in client engagements that transform supply chains and infrastructure through a cross-disciplinary approach.
- Process Improvement: Assist with the review, improvement, and assessment of supply chain and operations functions, with a focus on procurement.
- Data Analytics: Provide insight by using a robust set of data analytics to support procurement transformation.
- Reporting: Help prepare reports and schedules that will be delivered to clients and other parties.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and build strong internal relationships within EY Consulting Services and with other services across the organization.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively as a team member, sharing responsibility, providing support, maintaining communication, and updating senior team members on progress.
- Creative Solutions: Provide creative solutions to client needs using experience, EY knowledge base, and client feedback to improve processes, business, and operating models. Recommend technology-based business requirements to technology teams.
- Cross-Functional Teams: Participate in cross-capability, functional, and cross-border teams to seek the best available, suited solution for the clients.
- Business Case Development: Support customer propositions and develop business cases for the proposed solutions.
