Qualification

Graduation or Post Graduation

Experience

Client Interaction and Relationship Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients regarding background verification processes and updates.
Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Daily and weekly progress update to client

Requirement Gathering and Coordination:
Understand client-specific requirements for background checks and communicate them effectively to the internal teams.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to client guidelines.
Process Oversight and Monitoring:
Monitor the progress of background verification cases to ensure timely delivery of reports.
Coordinate with operations teams to resolve any delays or discrepancies in the process.
Reporting and Updates:
Provide regular updates to clients on the status of their cases.
Prepare and share detailed reports and analytics as per client requirements.
Compliance and Quality Assurance:
Ensure all background verification activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
Maintain high standards of accuracy and quality in all client deliverable
