Job Summary:

Talent Services (TS) is a core service function within Global Delivery Services (GDS) – Enablement Services, providing multiple HR Operations support services including Recruitment Operations, Onboarding, Learning & Talent development, Rewards and Performance management, Talent Delivery and Mobility etc., to EY member firms. Talent Services provides services to Countries, Areas, Regions and Global people teams and other EY stakeholders. These services are delivered from our centers in India, Poland and Philippines.

A Virtual Talent Hub (VTH) is EY’s extended delivery model for high quality skills and competencies delivered virtually. A hub can cut across Service lines, Functions and Regions, delivering non-repetitive project-based work through skilled agile teams. VTH personnel are employed by Global Delivery Services (GDS) and funded by Regions based on usage. Recruitment VTH supports a specific Region and acts as part of the extended Region Recruitment team. VTH works in a fully integrated way with onshore colleagues, participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team.

The Talent Attraction & Acquisition (TA²) team is responsible for helping the Region attract, engage, and retain exceptional talent across the region. Recruitment Operations and Employer Brand Specialist is responsible for supporting the (TA2) Region Teams in attracting high quality candidates from a range of backgrounds and help the team become the most favored employer. In addition, the role will provide support across TA2 Employer Brand projects, providing delivery and ongoing management of the Region’s employer brand strategy, recruitment campaigns and initiatives across both student and experienced hire to remain competitive in the market. This role will directly work with the Region Talent team and provide full support on reporting, stakeholder management, communications and general administrative tasks. This position ensures smooth operations support. Should have a professional attitude to deal with highly confidential and sensitive information. Ensure being compliant with Data Privacy and Protection within local, regional, and global guidelines. Adapt to a constantly changing legal framework and growing business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting into the Region TA² Manager, support the design and delivery of campaigns to ensure fulfillment of the firm’s hiring needs
  • Creation of careers content including the preparation of briefs, sourcing volunteers, and liaising with the Region’s creative designers in-house and externally
  • Design and deliver regular reporting and insights on recruitment activity for the Region TA2 team to meet leadership requirements.
  • Management of the Region’s careers website- page design and timely content updates to ensure region content is effectively represented
  • Developing social media copy and hosting live content where relevant for the region social media account: Instagram and internal employee advocacy tool
  • Acting as the day-to-day contact for recruitment stakeholders and external partners to keep projects on track
  • Management of BRET/SCORE processes
  • Support with employer branding activity such as event collateral, internal comms etc.
  • Oversee TA2 operations projects including recruitment compliance, measurement and analytics
  • Implementing a process to monitor and drive continuous improvement and sharing of best practices within and across the entire network of Talent hubs

Knowledge and Skills Requirements:

Business acumen

  • Ability to quickly grasp complex business problems, develop a logical/rational framework for investigating the problems

Technical knowledge

  • Expertise on Human Resources
  • Strong recruitment background and knowledge
  • An advanced understanding of employer brand trends and best practice
  • Ability to participate in regular discussions with stakeholders about the strategic employer brand direction and impact on recruitment – serve as a trusted advisor
  • Ability to organise and prioritise multiple deliverables
  • Good relationship management and team working abilities
  • Copywriting skills

Other Requirements:

  • Frequent meetings with others across global time zones will require some calls to be made outside of standard business hours

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree is required as a minimum qualification
  • Certification in social media or digital marketing desirable

Experience:

  • At least 3-6 + years of experience in Human Resources or related field for a multinational organization
  • Demonstrated experience working with different stakeholders with competing needs
  • Working in international and diverse environments
