Job Title: TSS Supervising Associate – CPD for PPEDDs Specialist

Job Summary:

Join the EMEIA FSO PPEDD (Partners, Principals, Executive Directors, Directors) Career, Performance and Development (CDP) team as part of the Virtual Talent Hub (VTH).

The team is part of the Talent Development (TD) function which covers a wide range of Talent topics & plays an integral part in shaping and delivering on the Regional Talent strategy. The EMEIA FSO TD function hosts three teams: (1) Learning, (2) Leadership Development (for future leaders) and the PPEDD (Partners, Principals, Executive Directors, Directors) Career, Performance and Development (CDP) team.

About the Virtual Talent Hub (VTH):

Virtual Talent Hub (VTH) acts as part of the extended Region Talent team. VTH works in a fully integrated way with onshore TD colleagues, participating in meetings, projects, and planning activities as part of one team and is aligned with the Global Process Model and initiates TD processes.

About the EMEIA FSO PPEDD CPD team:

We work with our regional leadership and talent colleagues across EMEIA FSO to shape, drive and implement all aspect of our PPEDDs Performance, Career and Development. As such, we look after a range of key projects – from LEAD for PPEDDs (our performance management approach for our Partners and Directors), to Succession Planning, Partner Learning, Leaders Career programs and more. We work closely with our Regional Talent Leader, Regional Service Line (SL) teams, Regional SL & Country Talent Consultants, and broader Talent community to achieve our objectives.

The role may also entail getting involved with the other projects and processes that the team drives and facilitates, as well as wider projects across the talent function.

We are looking for someone who is motivated, curious, with great attention to detail and personable skills to lead and support with the shaping, planning and delivery of our CPD for PPEDDs activities.

Essential Functions of the Job:

The opportunity:

This role works closely with the EMEIA FSO CPD for PPEDDs Lead and with EMEIA FSO Talent & Business stakeholders to implement activities, in alignment with EMEIA FSO regional strategy. It focuses on bringing innovation, managing the data storytelling, analysis and visualization for all talent processes the team looks after, but also supporting with streamlining processes to create more efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

In supporting these processes, the individual undertaking the role is responsible for:

  • Leveraging the use of data and analytics to develop and maintain dashboard reporting/insights used by our EMEIA FSO leadership and to inform team’s focus
  • Identifying innovative ways to do things (continuous improvement) - whether that be current processes, approaches, or reporting. We are a team who continually strive to look at better ways of working
  • Testing the various reports and dashboards thoroughly through various controls to ensure high standards of quality and to mitigate risk
  • Respond to ad-hoc compliance and reporting requests from the broader Talent community and the business
  • Contributing to the design and implementation of key CPD PPEDDs initiatives. You will be part of a team who will design, build and implement these initiatives across the region.
  • Creating impactful content to support processes and initiatives (this will include briefing points, written communications, presentations, supporting material)
  • Building strong relationships with key stakeholders (including Service Line and Country Talent Consultants, Core Talent team) to help inform focus and validate intention, as well as support agreed activity
  • Project management of agreed activities – scoping, designing, delivering, and monitoring
  • Contributing to the personal and professional development of team members

Responsibilities may also include any of the following:

General activities (which tend to be required for most if not all our activity areas):

  • Identify and proactively shares opportunities for improvement and efficiency across all activities
  • Drives operational excellence and compliance by supporting legal, budgetary, and contractual firm requirements
  • Develop promotional collateral, including our SharePoint portals, to promote a positive team brand and business stakeholder awareness to drive engagement
  • Provide measurement and reporting of the return on investment, leveraging existing MI where required
  • Actively create a level playing field for our diverse talent through adhering to accessibility guidelines
  • Develop innovative communication strategies, writing clear and persuasive publications, and analysing audience feedback to refine messaging.
  • Look for efficiency by improving data storage, streamlining reporting and other processes
  • Provide administrative and operational support to a variety of talent projects and team activities

Other:

  • Potential involvement in wider talent team projects and activities as required from time to time to leverage knowledge and skills but also to provide developmental opportunities

Data Analytic skills

  • Experience in creating and analysing data (PowerBI dashboard) to create compelling insights/ inform business decisions
  • Ability to think critically and conservatively about data confidentiality and exposure.
  • Able to work independently and through others to deliver quality results, in line with defined timelines
  • Experience in use of Excel (esp. in writing formulas to solve for a given requirement) and PowerPoint as well as the wider MS suite of products
  • Excellent attention to detail and a meticulous eye for identifying inaccuracies in data
  • Experience in putting in place required controls throughout the process to identify and manage risk and ensure highest standards of quality (QRM)

Communication and relationship management skills

  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal, that can both engage and influence
  • Experience of crafting compelling content for diverse audiences (use of storytelling, adapting tone and style)
  • Strong relationship management skills – able to work and communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders

Project Management skills

  • Experienced project manager with ability to manage multiple projects
  • Sound knowledge of change management methods and experience in driving effective change

Other Requirements:

  • Core working hours aligned to GMT and CET, flexibility in working hours depending on your location
  • May need to work extra hours in case of special customer requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Post Grad in Data Analytic or HR related discipline preferred
  • Preference will be given for those with Data Analytic or HR Specialisation

Experience:

  • Minimum of 9+ years of progressive experience
  • Preferred experience includes working in:
    • Data analytic and project management roles
    • professional services or corporate organisations, operating in a matrix structure
    • international and diverse, fast-paced, and demanding environments
