Join our Financial Services Office (FSO) and you will work with multi-disciplinary teams from around the world to deliver a global market perspective. Aligned to key industry groups including asset management and private equity, banking and capital markets, and insurance, we provide integrated assurance, consulting, strategy & transactions, and tax services to our clients. The Opportunity

We are currently seeking qualified candidates to be considered for the position of Consulting Senior in our Financial Services practice. This is an exciting, multi-disciplinary consultancy opportunity with a primary focus on serving clients in the Banking, Wealth & Asset Management and Insurance, and Financial Regulatory industries.

Working on projects that cross multiple sectors, the experiences you gain here will be invaluable. You’ll help businesses realize the value from their investments supporting strategy, improving the customer experience, and driving growth. As part of a high-performing team, you’ll provide advice on a range of consulting services, including project management, digital transformation, operating model design and implementation, change management, and HR transformation.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

    • Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, and monitor progress against them.
    • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Digital Transformation/Technology Implementation/Testing:

    • Assist clients in developing and executing digital transformation strategies.
    • Oversee the implementation of technology solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements.
    • Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure the successful deployment of technology initiatives.

Operating Model Design & Implementation:

    • Design and implement new operating models and organisational structures to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Conduct assessments of current operating models and identify areas for improvement.
    • Collaborate with clients to develop and implement change plans.

Change Management:

    • Develop and execute change management strategies to support organizational transformations.
    • Design and deliver training programs to ensure successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
    • Provide coaching and support to leaders and employees during transitions.

HR Transformation:

  • Advise clients on transforming their HR functions to better align with business objectives.
  • Develop and implement HR transformation strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Conduct assessments of current HR processes and systems and identify opportunities for improvement.

Skills and Attributes for Success:

We work with clients to plan and deliver business-led, technology-driven transformation programs. We develop practical, executable plans to manage the journey from strategy through execution. Our team uses industry-leading program management tools to accelerate start-up and enable highly efficient and effective program management.

To Qualify for the Role You Must Have:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Approximately 3+ years’ experience as a team lead on large-scale complex programs providing consulting services in areas such as project management, digital transformation, operating model implementation, change management, and HR strategy.
  • Proven delivery skills, including the ability to scope/size a project; staff an appropriate team, provide subject-matter direction and guidance; manage communications with the project sponsors and the delivery of a work stream.
  • Experience in scheduling and delivering implementations that include multiple components with tight interdependencies and governance.
  • Large-scale, portfolio, program management experience; demonstrating acumen in process areas such as scheduling, risk, budgeting, and quality management.
  • Experience in managing the technical direction of a project from initiation and requirements through design, build, testing, and implementation.

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

  • A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or Finance.
  • Experience working in various industries, including financial services and professional services.
  • Experience working with executive and/or business leadership.
  • Experience managing large-scale complex transformations.
  • An understanding of master scheduling and integrated project planning.
