We are seeking for an Executive Assistant to join our Consulting Team in İstanbul with the following qualifications;

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Min. 2 years of work experience as an executive assistant
  • A Good command of written and spoken English is a must
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications is a must
  • Able to handle high-level confidential information
  • Ability to organize and manage daily activities of Management Team
  • Ability to handle multi tasks
  • Dynamic and enthusiastic

Job Description

  • Providing full administrative support to managers regarding clients and engagements
  • Arrange and coordinate meeting schedules, business travels and etc.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls
  • Maintain calendar of the Managers
  • Input datas to specific databases and monitoring
