The opportunity: Senior Associate in Finance - Accounting Department in HCMC | MBA - Mercury Business Advisor

Your responsibilities

• Initial Point of Contact: Advises client servers on all aspects of Mercury's lifecycle, policies, protocols, and financial tools.
• Escalation: Escalates complex queries to a network of functional experts across Finance, IT, tax, risk, etc.
• Exception Analytics: Uses exception analytics to identify opportunities to enhance margin on less complex engagements and portfolios, helping partners shape initiatives and strategies for improved margin performance.
• Collaboration: Teams across Finance to share insights, knowledge, and leading practices to support client servers and Service Line leadership.

Qualifications/Characteristics:

• Relevant degree and/or membership in a recognized institute.
• 3-5 years of experience in Finance - Accounting with a customer relationship role.
• Excellent listening and questioning skills, ability to simplify complex issues, inquisitive mindset, and ability to communicate at all levels.
