We are seeking for a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate to join our Talent Team with the following qualifications;

  • Bachelor’s or preferably Master’s Degree,
  • 3+ years of experience in recruitment and employer branding,
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office programs including advanced Excel skills,
  • Turkish and English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication,
  • Positive and team player personality,
  • Have strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Description:

  • Execute the corporate recruitment strategy to ensure to attract and retain the best candidates and increase company reputation as an employer-of-choice,
  • Support recruitment team in recruitment process including cv searching and screening,
  • Organizing the interviews with Service Lines and following recruitment flow,
  • Taking an active role in whole recruitment process,
  • Conducting career activities at target universities to increase our brand strength and communicate potential candidates closer,
  • Contributing to preparation and execution of all recruitment related projects,
  • Periodical reporting of all tasks.
