Location: Katowice – remote

As a Vendor Management Specialist, you will be part of a dedicated team focused on identifying the right talent to support the EY GDS organization. You will manage the entire lifecycle of contractors provided by our vendors, from sourcing and interview arrangement, to onboarding and offboarding. You will collaborate with some of the most recognized and influential players in the IT and financial markets, working on challenging projects that drive innovation.

Your key responsibilities

In this role, you will work closely with our service delivery teams and vendors to assess specific resourcing needs and execute an agreed-upon plan. You will act as a partner to Hiring Managers, ensuring that all steps in the process are clearly communicated and progress is updated in a timely manner. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing candidates to build a robust pipeline that supports selected EY Service Lines/Service Functions.
  • Collaborating with vendors to organize interviews and facilitate the selection process (inc. offering process).
  • Managing the onboarding process for contractors, ensuring all necessary steps are completed effectively.
  • Handling staffing order management to ensure that contractor requests are processed efficiently.
  • Support with invoice processing to ensure timely and accurate payments to vendors.
  • Assisting with auxiliary processes such as travel management and compliance tracking.
  • Maintaining effective communication and strong relationships with vendors cooperating with EY GDS (incl. escalation handling).
  • Participating in creating, tracking, and communicating metrics related to contractor engagement.
  • Ensuring an outstanding experience for candidates and contractors throughout their cooperation with EY.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Experience in talent sourcing within a multinational organization.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • 2-3 years of sourcing/recruitment/operations experience.
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English; Spanish is a plus.
  • A strong enthusiasm for learning and trying new things.
  • A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
  • Proven relationship-building abilities.

Ideally, you’ll also have

  • Assertiveness and self-confidence.
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing channels.
  • A positive, can-do attitude!
