The opportunity
The Tax Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the tax team by managing administrative tasks related to client compliance and planning. The Tax Administrator will also liaise with clients to gather necessary information, provide updates on tax regulations, and assist in supporting various processes withing the Tax department.
Your key responsibilities
- Supporting administrative tasks by working with different EY databases and tracking tools
- Performing new client and new contracts’ set up in the system.
- Issuing invoices for services performed
- Processing information from clients in various formats, preparing various internal documents required for client delivery.
- Collecting and analyzing data required for various assessments, risk and quality management and other regulatory compliance reporting
- Weekly reports to the teams, managers etc.
Skills and attributes for success
- Minimum High school diploma in Economics, Public administration or another related field
- Good spoken and written English and Croatian
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Excellent organizational, coordination and time management skills
- Accuracy, drive, reliability, flexibility, diligence and independence in work
- Ability to meet tight deadlines
- Service oriented approach to clients and colleagues
- Open and communicative personality
