Strategy Consultant Hire – EY-Parthenon Africa – Mauritius Office

EY-Parthenon, EY’s strategy consulting arm, works closely with executive teams of leading companies across a diverse range of sectors, including consumer goods, energy, financial services, healthcare, telecoms, transportation, industry, education, and the public sector.

Our Mauritius office plays a pivotal role in the regional development of our practice, serving both Africa-based organizations and international groups. We also support numerous private equity firms through strategic due diligence and post-acquisition advisory engagements.

As part of our strong growth, we are currently recruiting both junior and experienced consultants to join our dynamic team in Mauritius.

Your responsibilities:

Define optimal strategies for internal and external growth, innovation, and value proposition redesign for our clients.

Lead and execute high-impact strategic due diligence engagements in investment contexts.

Drive high-stakes projects at the executive level, working alongside teams that combine deep sector expertise with strategic insight.

Contribute to the digital transformation and redesign of operating models across a variety of organizations.

Our strong focus on strategic topics allows you to make a tangible impact on our clients’ key decisions and business outcomes.

Within the team, you will play an active role in the management and development of the firm, giving you the opportunity to foster your entrepreneurial spirit.

You will also be involved in business development, manage teams of consultants on projects, and contribute to cross-functional initiatives essential to the firm’s success.

Your profile:

You are a graduate from a top-tier academic institution (business school, engineering school, or university), and you are either a recent graduate or have up to 2–3 years of experience in strategy consulting, finance, or within a corporate setting on topics such as strategic analysis, transformation, or innovation.

You demonstrate strong analytical skills, intellectual rigor, and curiosity. You are an excellent communicator, a team player, and are eager to grow in a challenging, collaborative, and supportive environment.

An entrepreneurial mindset, a desire to learn, and a proactive attitude are essential assets to succeed at EY-Parthenon. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is required in our international context.
