Job Summary:
L&D VTH is a core service line within the Global Delivery Services organization, providing multiple HR and learning related support
services including Recruitment support, Onboarding support, People Data Administration, Learning Administration, Cross Border
Travel, Global Mobility and Performance Management support to EY member firms.
L&D VTH supports Europe West (EW) acts as part of the extended Region Learning team. It is fully integrated with onshore colleagues,
participating in meetings, projects and planning activities as part of one team and is aligned with the Learning Global Process Model and
initiates learning processes via existing workflow (SNOW intake forms) for execution by CAT and DAT teams.
This role is responsible for the deployment of multiple courses within one or more curriculum for EY Netherlands working alongside the
Senior Deployment specialist and/or Learning Program Manager. Provides oversight of Learning administration activities and reports on
course feedback.

Responsibilities:
Ensure end-to-end coordination of learning deployment activities, including validating training request form, submitting items and
class requests, and ensuring that CE credits are awarded.
Submit requests for online, virtual, and physical classroom sessions, as well as program requests in SuccessFactors for learner
consumption.
Monitor participant nominations, manage cancellations, no-shows,
Generate and analyze various reports from SuccessFactors, including user registration, credit details and Learning history.
Build and maintain close working relationships with EY Netherlands learning Deployment Consultants
Address learner queries related to credits, class requests, and compliance.
Identify opportunities for process improvements in learning deployment and suggest enhancements to streamline operations.

Job Requirements:
Education:
Master’s / bachelor’s degree in business or HR related discipline.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-3 years of experience
Significant experience of working in HR in professional services or corporate environment
Experience of working in Learning and development is desired
Working in international and diverse environments
