The opportunity

We are currently looking for an intern to join our HR Learning and Development team. This is a 2-month internship, ideal for a student who wants to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international environment. You’ll support the team in daily operations and contribute to various learning and development initiatives across the organization.

Your key responsibilities

• Assist in organizing internal learning events, trainings, and career development activities.
• Support the coordination of training logistics, including scheduling, communication, and materials preparation.
• Help maintain and update employee learning records and databases.
• Contribute to the preparation and formatting of HR documentation.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Skills and attributes for success

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Responsible, organized, and proactive approach to tasks.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Have some experience from student projects, events, summer jobs, or other initiatives.
• Be confident in both written and spoken English.
• Be proficient in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
