Audit Manager (Multiple Positions) (1618765), Ernst & Young LLP (EY Guam), Tamuning, Guam

Apply complex accounting and auditing concepts in performing audit procedures. Collect and analyze data to detect deficient controls or non-compliance with laws, regulations, and management policies. Prepare detailed reports on audit findings. Execute engagement objectives and an audit strategy that complies with professional standards and appropriately address risk. Perform detailed review of financial statements and other schedules required by regulatory agencies.

Manage and motivate teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, plus 5 years of related post-bachelor's, progressively responsible work experience; OR a Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, plus 4 years of related work experience.

Must have 4 years of audit experience with a public accounting firm working on public and private clients.

Must have 2 years of experience working on multiple concurrent engagements and engagement teams of at least 4 professionals.
