Job Title- Senior – OMP AMS Support

Your key responsibilities

You will be part of high-performing engagement teams delivering value for EY clients in the support role for supply chain projects. You are expected to work in a support role on an OMP implemented client for Application Management Services (AMS) Project. You might be expected to work occasionally over weekend with compensatory off on weekday.

Skills and attributes for success

• Good understanding of Supply Chain functionally/technically or have a keen interest to learn about supply chain and related technologies.
• Candidate should have an experience with ticket management on tools like ServiceNow etc.
• Candidate should have experience to coordinate with software vendor (OMP) to resolves tickets & related issues.
• Candidate should be able to resolve any issues with Batch schedulers and follow a designated SOP for handling any failures.
• Interact with stakeholders to raise incident tickets, escalate & resolve any issues.
• Create or manage relevant knowledge documents, issue tracker or SOP documents.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor’s/master’s degree with consistently good academic record.
• 4-8 years of experience in business function / IT/ consulting /industry sector.
• Experiences with tools like OMP or other planning tools like Kinaxis, o9, Aera or SAP IBP.
• Exposure to one or more of the following industries: Consumer Products, Life Sciences, Hitech and Electronics, Industrial Products, process Industries such as Chemicals, Oil & Gas.
