Your key responsibilities

As a member of the AI Factory team, the AI/ GenAI Functional Consultant - Tax plays a crucial role in driving the transformation of our Tax practice through innovative AI solutions, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring the successful deployment of AI agents tailored to meet evolving business needs.

• Oversight of AI Initiatives: Lead the validation of AI agents' integrity, ensuring they possess the necessary foundational skills and are equipped for success.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with business professionals to assess and validate technical requirements and analyze suggestions for enhancing AI
  capabilities.
• Monitoring Deployment Progress: Track the deployment of AI agents, providing guidance and support to team members as needed.
• Resource Management: Manage resource allocation within the team, ensuring projects are adequately staffed and supported.
• Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and implementing strategic plans for AI
• initiatives within the Tax practice, identifying opportunities for innovation.
  Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, promoting professional development among team members.
• Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize analytical skills to interpret data related to AI initiatives and business performance, presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for business teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration across the organization.

To qualify for the role you must have:

• Proven experience in leading and managing teams, fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture, while promoting professional development and growth among

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their integration capabilities, ensuring seamless implementation of AI solutions within existing infrastructures.
• Proficiency in program management methodologies and tools to oversee the lifecycle of
• AI initiatives, managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery
  and quality outcomes.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex ideas and strategies clearly to diverse audiences, engaging stakeholders and driving action.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing circumstances and respond to emerging challenges in a dynamic environment, demonstrating a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement.

Ideally, you will also have:

• A background in tax, accounting, or a related field, with an understanding of tax concepts and regulations.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies and experience leading projects
  from conception to completion.
• A knack for innovation and a history of implementing new technologies in a business
  context.
• Proficiency in working with data and the ability to work with large datasets, extracting
  insights relevant to tax functions.
