The opportunity

Are you a student at a university and are you attracted to work in the administrative field? We are looking for a responsible, organized colleague for our tax advisory department. Your role will be to provide administrative support to our Executive Assistants in the TAX & LAW department.

If you are characterized by a responsible approach, have a sense of detail, and are determined to work in administration, we have the ideal job for you.

Your key responsibilities

• Mail processing: ensuring efficient handling of incoming and outgoing mail,
• Working with databases: active work with internal databases, processing data, Interdepartmental communication: coordination and communication with various departments and branches within EY,
• Document scanning: scanning, archiving, and managing documents,
• Processing travel expenses: responsible for processing and recording travel expenses, Ad-hoc administrative tasks: addressing various administrative tasks according to the current needs of colleagues.

Skills and attributes for success

• student of full-time university education

• Responsibility, independence

• Precision, attention to detail

• Willingness to work from the office – frequent work with documentation

• Knowledge of English at least at level B1

• MS Office (Word, Excel) - user.
