The opportunity
EY is looking for a Senior Associate Business Analyst to support the team in the execution of clients’ assignments in the Insurance sector in the areas of:
- Leverage information management and business intelligence to enhance decision-making in insurance operations.
- Analyse and design tailored IT solutions that meet the unique needs of insurance applications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiencies within insurance workflows.
- Play a key role in planning and executing technology initiatives that drive innovation in the insurance sector.
- Work with stakeholders to align technology solutions with business goals in the insurance industry.
Your key responsibilities:
- Gather and document business requirements to fully understand user needs.
- Identify process improvements and create documentation: BRDs, functional specifications, use cases.
- Work with IT teams to develop solutions that align with industry standards and meet business needs.
- Create test plans and test cases to ensure solutions meet requirements.
- Act as the main communication link between business units and IT.
Skills and attributes for success
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management/business analysis, in the insurance industry.
- An effective communicator with strong people management skills.
- Ability to own and drive issues with the project team.
