This is a role that requires incumbent to own & execute a variety of global processes related to compliance monitoring of engagements across Service Lines on Legal & Regulatory requirements & EY Policy requirements. The candidate should be comfortable working in an unstructured & complex environment requiring out of the box thinking, logical reasoning, sound verbal & written communication skills, ability to make prompt yet well informed decisions.

The Opportunity

Our Global Compliance team is expanding, and we are looking for a Senior Associate to lead communication strategies for various projects. This role offers the chance to contribute significantly to the firm's compliance communications framework and work with a team that values trust, respect, and collaboration.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Technical expertise

• Design and execute advanced communications and special projects.
• Lead coordination efforts across departments.
• Experience in SharePoint development and administration.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to create 'client value' insights from complex data.
• Manage complex project schedules and deliverables.
• Analyze and report on project outcomes for continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with organizational standards in all communications.

People Management

• Manage performance of the team members from setting goals to assessing performance against goals to providing performance feedback
• Manage and address potential conflicts amongst the team members
• Work cohesively with the team to address their issues/concerns and maintain a positive working environment
• Ensure adherence to work-flow protocol and tools
• Coordinate training schedules for new and existing members of the team
• Coach and mentor team members for professional development and recommends training requirements to address perceived gaps
• Identify training, learning & development opportunities for the team members

Skills and Attributes for Success:

• Experience in communications project management.

• Strong analytical and reporting skills.

To Qualify for the Role, You Must Have:

• Post-graduate or equivalent degree from a reputed institute
• At least 3 years of professional experience
• Exposure of handling client interaction
• Well-developed analytical, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills in English
• Credible experience working in a fast-moving, client-driven environment
• Attention to detail and a solution oriented approach

Ideally, You’ll Also Have:

Proficiency in SharePoint and advanced MS Office skills.
