EY-GDS- Supply Chain and Operations (SC&O): Manager (OMP Sol Architect)

To qualify for the role, you must have
- A Master’s degree (MBA -Supply Chain/ Operations) from Tier-1 institutes
- 9 - 12 years of experience in Supply Chain Planning
- 2 End to End OMP life cycle implementation projects, with at least 1 being a Solution Architect
- Experience should include solution implementation including business requirement gathering, solution design & development, UAT/SIT, go-live/cutover, and value realization
- Expected minimum 2 of the following certifications: OMP OPR, FCT, SOP and OPAL
- Strong techno-functional experience focused on Demand and Supply Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Inventory planning, Capacity Planning, Production Planning etc.
- Preferable expertise in one or more of the following industries: Consumer Products, Life Sciences, Industrial Products, Process Industries (such as Chemicals, Oil & Gas)
Your key responsibilities
- You will be responsible for managing one, or more, high-performing engagement teams at an senior executive level within the practice and the firm. You can expect to work with high-level client personnel to analyze, evaluate, and enhance specific functional areas within your specialized area of supply chain.
- Lead and manage large OMP projects, Solution as per client needs, overseeing team deliverables for functional and technical clarity, data requirements, and complex datasets
- Configure the OMP platform to solve supply chain issues and establish performance monitoring systems
- Act as a subject matter expert for business and data requirements, supporting project scope, timelines, and execution with PM and client leadership
- Apply mathematical models, develop solution mockups/wireframes/demos providing actionable insights and data visualization for clients
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project planning, execution, and training for global users
- Track deliverables, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to OMP methodologies and quality standards
- Build strong relationships with client leadership/stakeholders, delivering insights, identifying growth opportunities, and maintaining clear, impactful communication
- Foster relationships with internal leaders within EY Member firm, lead strategic conversations, develop RFPs, and support internal pursuits to drive business growth
