Job Purpose
In order to expedite this transformational journey in GDS Customer Tech, we are looking for leaders who bring deep experience in Adobe Technologies. The role will encompass partnering with Onshore teams and clients across the globe to build new services, solutions, facilitate GTM, stand up a delivery team and ensure delivery with highest standards.
Essential Functions of the Job:
The responsibilities of this role will include:
- Working closely with multiple senior stakeholders across the globe to build the Customer Tech- Adobe Practice brand and grow the practice. This will encompass building new services, solutions, GTM strategy, capacity and delivery capabilities.
- Monitor service delivery for some of the key engagements where we are working with client to transform their IT controls and also deliver on testing of those.
- Develop strategies, plan, and sell Consulting projects and solutions related to Adobe technology stack.
- Participate in go to market, create proposals and respond to RFPs, client orals etc. Identify opportunities for cross-selling to current clients/introduce colleagues from other service lines.
- Understand clients’ challenges and industry related issues and offer solutions in the areas of Customer Technologies with focus on Adobe stack. Identify buyers, influencers & stakeholders in existing client engagements and build strong relationships.
- Own and anchor multiple accounts and grow the GDS penetration to large numbers for GDS Consulting.
- Work with client facing teams and management to prepare estimates, Point of Views, Position Papers and contribute towards pursuits and proposals.
- Drive Business solution-based assets for Customer Technology with focus on Adobe stack in collaboration with the regional leadership.
- Travel to EY and Client locations to build client and stakeholder relationship.
- Help recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
- Foster teamwork and lead by example.
- Grow talent base across all locations of GDS consulting.
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for entire practice.

Technical responsibilities include:
- Demonstrating strong consulting experience, in-depth knowledge in Adobe Digital stack, ability to sell and run large scale consulting engagements with a distributed delivery mindset.
- Strong domain knowledge and experience across Adobe Digital stack
- Leading multiple global engagements related to Adobe Digital stack with large diverse teams spread across the globe.
- Develop & enhance existing capabilities at GDS to support market development and service delivery for Adobe technologies including AEM, AEP, Analytics, Target, Campaign, IO, Launch, Marketo. This would involve recruiting / training of relevant talent, regional integration and market maker positioning, as well as development of both traditional and pay-per-use services for delivery across regions.
To qualify for the role, you must have:
- MBA/B.E./BTech (Electronics, Electronics & Telecommunications, Computer Science, Information Systems Management)/ CA with core experience in Adobe technologies with minimum 15 years of relevant experience.
- Experience working on the Latest Adobe Cloud Platform and its SaaS offerings
- Experience in integration of AEM with other Adobe suite of products, Analytics, Target, Campaign, IO, Launch, Marketo
- Experience in migration projects from other CMS to AEM & version upgrades.
- Experience with Campaign automation, campaign operations and implementing omni-channel decisioning
- Should be able to solution architect Adobe suite of products
- Should be able to comprehend clients business requirements and provide solutioning which includes AEM and or with a combination of other suite of products(Analytics, Target, DTM, Campaign, Audience Manager)
- Knowledge of using AEM in a cloud environment like Adobe Cloud, AWS, or other
- Experience in working with senior stakeholders.
- Experience in management consulting and IT advisory consulting organizations is a huge plus.
- Experience in managing team and solution designing.
Ideally, you will also have
- Experience in Big4 is a plus.
- Large Program Delivery Experience
