Manager FAAS Wealth & Asset Management
At EY, the FAAS Team (Financial Accounting Advisory Services) provides varying types of accounting and non-accounting services covering wide range of topics and experiences. For Wealth & Asset Management clients, such expertise includes (but is not limited to):
- complex accounting assessments
- financial and non-financial due diligence support
- financial and non-financial reporting
- process improvement
- valuation support
- financial and non-financial analysis
- audit remediation
- internal controls assessment
- regulatory reporting
- technical finance training
- benchmarking and market analysis
Considering the close integration between finance, risk and non-financial performance, the FAAS Team not only works with the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) but also with the Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) in navigating and addressing financial, operational, and regulatory challenges that clients are facing.
Our team works with companies across various industries such as banks and other financial institutions, funds (private equity, private debt, real estate, etc) and commercial companies.
Your profile:
- Graduate from an economics, business and/or management school with a focus in finance;
- Excellent academic background;
- At least 5 years of applicable relevant experience (e.g. AIFM, Private Equity or other alternative investments, Transaction services,…);
- Advanced theoretical and practical knowledge of Wealth & Asset Management, including Private Equity, Venture Capital, Private Debt.
- Strong analytical skills, problem solver, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial and autonomous;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Sound knowledge of recognized valuation guidelines, such as IPEV guidelines and IVS;
- Enjoying working in a multi-cultural environment;
- Ability to manage multiple threads of tasks and / or engagements;
- Outstanding organizational skills, flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines;
- Perfect command of English, both written and verbally, within a professional services business environment;
- Command of French or German language is an asset and additional language would be considered as a plus;

In order to continue the expansion of our FAAS practice, we are currently looking to recruit a Manager to focus on Wealth & Asset Management (f/m).
Your mission:
- Deliver exceptional advisory services to our clients, addressing their most pressing and complex challenges
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, including C-level executives while developing commercial awareness
- Support in internal or external projects with other service lines / EY offices.
- Challenge the existing and provide alternative viewpoints to drive our team successes
- Leverage our delivery tools and service enablers, you’ll assist in planning and executing small-scale to large-scale, complex projects and play a key role in the successful delivery of services to our clients
- Supervise and coach Junior professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment
