The opportunity : Senior Manager-CHS-Operations-CBS - FIN - FP&A Account Support - Mumbai

CHS consists of Consumer Products and Healthcare sectors.

Consumer products largely entail, Retail and Agri business. Your key responsibilities

Technical Excellence


Well versed with working on ERP and importantly having the skills to go deep down at a transaction level for not only explaining the client teams but also should be able to perform transactions / entry in the System.

Good strong Excel /Power point skills and preferable experience on Power BI / MS access/ Tableau etc.

To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification

Education back ground with any of the streams MBA/Engineering/M.com/B.Com/B.sc with relevant MIS / Reporting/ Dashboarding experience. Preferably should have experience of working in Planning and Budgeting team along with Reporting. Importantly should have experience in working in large organisation with multiple stakeholders and strong with Accounting background.

Good strong Excel /Power point skills and preferable experience on Power BI / MS access/ Tableau etc.

More importantly must be able to deal with leadership requirements and stakeholders expectations to be met

Experience

Work experience 15+ years’ experience in MIS reporting/Advanced XL/ Data Analytics. Any other candidate with relevant work experience in large organisation (or having current such roles in Big 4) will do

Key Responsibilities.

Responsible for crunching the data / reports available from system/ data bases, and preparing customized reports
Assisting the larger team with preparing of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly/Adhoc reports on Revenue, Sales and Pipeline.
Analytical ability to understand more from the reports prepared and initiate actionable for the larger team
Supporting the MS team in putting together a PPT for fortnightly/ monthly reviews
Coordination with the Corporate team for reconciliation of the numbers before circulating of specific reports to larger stakeholders
Participate and contribute during the Annual Planning cycle of Revenue and also work back with the Business to understand their requirements
Well versed with operating on available reports from the system / Power BI / extraction of data and putting required information in particular format.
