EY L And D VTH– Quality Analyst – Senior Associate

The opportunity

We’re looking for professionals with expertise in Quality for our Learning and Development VTH team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a leading firm.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive test scenarios and test cases for eLearning applications.
• Oversee the quality management and assurance processes for digital learning materials, guaranteeing on time delivery and delivering defect-free products.
• Collaborate with project managers, developers, and instructional designers to understand requirements and ensure quality standards are met.
• Provide operational oversight, including comprehensive reporting and strategic insights for the management team.
• Commitment to maintaining project schedules, ensuring the delivery of high-quality work within agreed-upon timeframes.
• Recommend and drive process for continuous improvement.

Skills and attributes for success

• Experienced in various testing methodologies, including Functional, Accessibility, Regression, Integration, System, Cross-Browser, Exploratory, and Usability Testing.
• Proficient in Manual Testing
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Comprehensive understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Deep familiarity with bug tracking and issue management systems.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate, Captivate) is preferred.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Any Graduate
• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on eLearning or educational technology.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Excel and PowerPoint skills.
