The opportunity

We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Advisor to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience and identify top talent directly from the market. In this role, you will act as a key business partner, providing expert advice on best practices and defining sourcing strategies to manage the end-to-end recruitment process across various portfolios.

Your key responsibilities

• Independently drive the planning, coordination, and delivery of recruitment for specific business areas or service levels.
• Provide best practices, market knowledge, and exceptional talent sourcing to partners, directors, and senior managers.
• Act as an ambassador of the company's culture and reputation.

Skills and attributes for success

• Develop and implement effective recruitment plans based on knowledge of recruitment methods and concepts.
• Utilize market knowledge to inform actions and sourcing plans.
• Demonstrate an understanding of various assessment methods, including competency-based interviewing, psychometric testing, and assessment centers.
• Show responsiveness to business needs by proactively proposing solutions and ideas.
• Advocate for diversity and inclusion, ensuring sourcing and attraction methods appeal to a diverse pool of candidates.
• Maintain awareness of the recruitment market, including key players and potential candidates.
• Keep abreast of market intelligence and key events that may indicate valuable resources.
• Understand and work towards recruitment targets.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Proven track record in executing volume recruitment while managing specialized briefs.
• Ability to implement and operationalize recruitment strategies.
• Experience in direct candidate sourcing from various platforms (headhunting, job boards, recruitment portals).
• Strong account management skills in key recruitment areas.
• Advocate of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Solid experience with core assessment and selection tools.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Time and project management skills, with the ability to manage priorities effectively.
• Strong relationship-building skills, including the ability to challenge senior management when necessary.
• Capability to consider the broader picture beyond immediate tasks.
• Ability to remain calm and objective under pressure.
