The recruitment landscape is changing rapidly. To ensure we are equipped to capitalize on this evolution, EY is expanding our Executive Talent Attraction and Acquisition global team (GTA2S) to continue engaging, attracting, and retaining the world's most exceptional and diverse talent. This team collaborates with our Regional, Area, and Global leadership teams in EMEIA and APAC to deliver an integrated, agile, and insights-driven approach to Partner Recruitment.

The Executive Talent Acquisition (Recruiting) team supports executive recruitment by designing and delivering sourcing strategies to connect with talent for niche and emerging skill sets. Talent Attraction roles help shape the EY organization of the future, facing the market and assisting through targeted search activity, market insights, and team lifts.

We seek individuals who can partner strategically with service lines (SL) in the business, delivering innovative talent acquisition for executive hiring. These roles suit people with an innovation mindset combined with experience in delivering through tested methodologies. We need people who can collaborate within a global team but drive exceptional outcomes in their portfolio, building relationships of trust.

Your key responsibilities

  • Core activities will be “in market” candidate engagement.
  • Prioritize activities where there is urgency to hire, or complexity of sourcing activity is present (e.g., team lifts, team builds, multi-geography hiring, or meeting our DEI hiring objectives).
  • Work closely with the Executive Recruiter and Exec Talent Attraction Leadership to define a sourcing strategy for the service line, driving innovation, and working on projects to lead new ways of working for executive hiring.
  • Leverage research, pipelining, and engagement activity to support projects.
  • Provide leadership for SL Insights activity, becoming the focal point of contact for this activity – freeing the time of our executive recruiters and advising the Hiring partners and SL and SSL leaders in the area.
  • Measure success by candidates hired through direct contact, market insights work delivered, and candidate conversion rates, linked to overall vendor spend % targets.
  • Promote the development of market brand campaigns for the service line – progressing this activity with stakeholders.
  • Accountable for advancing our DEI hiring agenda.

Skills and attributes for success

  • Seasoned professional experienced in a search firm or in-house recruiting team (ideally both), delivering on complex, executive recruiting projects, ideally within professional services or consulting.
  • Experience in managing complex client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Ability to navigate a large matrix structure with a proven ability to resolve organizational conflicts.
  • Expertise in a range of sourcing methodologies, both advertising and search-led, team lifts, headhunting.
  • High level of business acumen and professional gravitas.
  • Demonstrated creativity and a personal drive to innovate.
  • High capability and versatility in communication, both written and verbal, to build rapport across a range of demographics.
  • Ability to rapidly assimilate information and develop robust knowledge in a range of markets and technical functions to enable effective sourcing and assessment of required skills and capabilities.
  • Global mindset, and the willingness and ability to team globally with dispersed and centralized teams.
  • Besides English, a second language skill is preferred.
