Role Summary:
As the Associate Director – Recruitment, you will be responsible for leading and managing the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy and operations for EY Philippines. You will oversee hiring across levels (entry to executive), functions, geographies (including local and international markets), and skills (technical and non-technical). This role requires a strategic mindset, strong stakeholder management, and hands-on leadership to ensure quality hiring outcomes aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Talent Acquisition
o Design and drive the recruitment strategy in alignment with EY’s business goals.
o Develop short- and long-term hiring plans based on workforce planning, growth priorities, and market insights.
o Introduce data-driven hiring practices and continuous improvements in recruitment processes.
• Stakeholder Engagement
o Partner with business leaders, HR, and global counterparts to understand hiring requirements and deliver timely talent solutions.
o Build strong relationships with internal clients across Service Lines and enable proactive workforce planning.
• End-to-End Recruitment Management
o Oversee full-cycle recruiting for all roles—from campus to leadership hires—across service lines such as Assurance, Tax, Consulting, and Strategy & Transactions.
o Ensure high-quality candidate experience, process compliance, and adherence to firm policies.
• Team Leadership & Vendor Management
o Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, coordinators, and sourcing specialists.
o Manage external recruitment partners, ensuring performance and alignment with EY’s brand and expectations.
• Market Intelligence & Talent Branding
o Provide regular market insights to leadership on talent availability, compensation trends, and competitor hiring.
o Champion EY’s employer brand in the Philippines, driving creative and targeted talent attraction campaigns.
• Operational Excellence
o Monitor recruitment metrics (TAT, conversion, source mix, DEI, offer dropouts, etc.) and implement improvement plans.
o Collaborate with regional/global recruitment teams for process alignment and technology adoption.

Skills & Qualifications:
• 15+ years of recruitment experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role within a multinational or high-growth organization.
• Proven track record of hiring across geographies, levels (campus to leadership), and functional domains.
• Experience in managing large-scale hiring initiatives and transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of local labor laws, hiring compliances, and DEI practices.
• Hands-on experience with recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills; comfortable with reporting and dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA in HR or related discipline preferred.
