Your key responsibilities

  • Support the delivery of internal audit engagements by contributing to the development of audit plans, assessing internal controls, and addressing compliance, financial, operational, and strategic risks aligned with professional standards.
  • Advise clients on understanding and managing business risks, validating critical business information, and staying informed on emerging trends to provide relevant, forward-thinking assurance insights.
  • Build strong client relationships by meeting service expectations and contributing positively to team discussions with energy, fresh ideas, and a collaborative mindset.

Skills and attributes for success

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, project management, accounting, or a related field. Professional certifications such as CA, CIA, PRINCE2, P3M3, or other project assurance, governance, or risk-related accreditations are highly regarded.

  • Strong report writing skills and the ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations. Flexibility to travel may be required to meet client needs.

Ideally, you’ll also have the skills and attributes below but don’t worry if you don’t tick all the boxes. We’re interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.
