Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Satellite Product Owner to join our Private Banking Core Banking Implementation programme. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, tracking, and managing the business requirements of the satellite systems related to the Alternative Investment product. This role involves driving and facilitating impact and gap analysis, as well as solution design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for satellite systems related to the Alternative Investment product.
• Lead impact and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement and enhancement in satellite systems.
• Design and document solutions that align with business objectives and technical requirements.
• Create and maintain key deliverables, including:

1. Business Specification Document (BSD)

2. Solution Design Document (SDD)

3. Interface Repository (CMDB-CI)

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
• Facilitate communication between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Monitor project progress and report on status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the satellite systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Business Analyst in a financial services environment, preferably within Private Banking or Alternative Investments (e.g. Hedge Funds, Private Equity).
• Strong understanding of core banking systems and satellite systems architecture.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in creating business and technical documentation.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Confluence) and methodologies.
• Experience with interface design and data structure changes.
