Job Title: Learning and Development Manager – Digital learning
Your Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting learning and development initiatives within People Consulting practice. Key responsibilities include:
Learning and Development:
- Plan, execute, and operationalize in-person and virtual development programs and processes.
- Review deliverables for accuracy and quality.
- Execute a positive learner experience through creating efficiencies in processes, systems, and tools that ensure learning initiatives comply with regulatory and company policies.
- Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiences to help personnel develop the capabilities and knowledge needed to grow.
- Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among business stakeholders, SMR’s, and peers.
- Use critical thinking skills to identify, research, conduct data analysis, and recommend solutions to complex problems.
- Apply project and program management experience: organization, managing details, keeping multiple tasks/projects on track.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and previous instructional design experience.
- Experience working in a learning and development organization.
- Prior consulting or professional services experience.
- Experience using relevant digital tools, templates, and methodologies.
- Strong personal impact and resilience, able to influence clients and stakeholders.
- Pragmatic approach to solving issues and gaining client agreement.
- Ability to analyse complex problems and deliver insightful, practical, and sustainable solutions.
- Focused on achieving project/programme goals and objectives.
- Adept at overcoming issues and barriers.
- Experienced in the full project lifecycle from concept through to implementation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum 6 years of related professional experience in developing adult learning programs and training experiences.
- Possesses excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrates advanced knowledge of instructional design theories and adult learning principles
- Proficient in using e-learning authoring tools and learning management systems.
EY Learning and Development Capabilities:
- Learning Needs Analysis, Learning Strategy and Planning.
- System Implementation TrainingLearner Journey Development, Curriculum Design & Storyboarding.
- Ability to independently deliver and execute end to end learning modules and training.
- Additional skills: Preferred working knowledge of learning digital assets and tool such as PS – Adobe Photoshop, XD – Adobe XD (Experience Design), Ai – Adobe Illustrator, ID – Adobe InDesign, Adobe after effects, Vyond. SL – Articulate Storyline, RS – Articulate Rise, etc.
- Responding to pursuits and developing proposals for L&D, Training requirements.
