Consulting, Products & Platforms – Health (EY Nexus for Health), Head of Product (Senior Manager) (Multiple Positions) (1638679), Ernst & Young U.S. LLP, Hoboken, NJ.

Work with existing and new customer base within the healthcare industry to help grow EY Nexus for Health as EY's Healthcare cloud business. Set the long-term vision and product-line-level strategy & roadmap, and continuously evolve with regular input from EY Nexus for Health Leader and EY Nexus Chief Product/Platform Officers. Lead the overall product development from both a market and engineering facing perspective. Conduct market research and meet with internal stakeholders to identify trends. Work with EY Nexus Product Managers to define and track Objectives and Key Results (OKR) for all products within product line, provide input on product backlog, roadmap, prioritize features based on stakeholder input and user research, testing and synthesis. Drive accountability of the Product Managers to deliver on Product Increment (PI) goals and commitments and provides input on overall product backlog/roadmap. Facilitate demos and reviews with stakeholders to receive input on products within product line. Review new product submissions and helps to shape and size to understand alignment to overall strategy. Act as a subject matter expert during the pursuit lifecycle and provides inputs to EY Nexus for Health Pre-sales teams. Solicit inputs from the pre-sales team to understand client feedback / input to improve product. Support Product Manager go-to-market material creation to accurately articulate the product and market fit. Work with Brand, Marketing and Communication (BMC) team to publish marketing content related to products within product lines. Oversee multiple product management processes, establishes priorities, and coordinates with teams to create schedules throughout the product life cycle. Participate in the development and updating of annual budget plans to ensure appropriate allocation of resources, and regularly track actuals against planned budget. Manage, mentor, and motivate junior product teammates. Provide executive-level reporting on product line progress and performance. Provide inputs to EY Nexus Revenue Officer to shape commercials for all products within product line. Work with set of stakeholders and sector leads to agree to set of strategic businesses objectives.

Lead and direct teams of professionals with diverse skills and backgrounds by providing constructive on-the-job feedback/coaching to team members. Develop and maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Manage risk in the delivery of quality client services. Generate and manage new business opportunities.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week, 8:30 am – 5:30 pm.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Business, Analytics, or a related field and 8 years of related work experience (of which 5 years must be of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience). Alternatively, Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Management Information Systems, or a related field and 7 years of related work experience.

Must have 5 years of experience in a product management capacity at a consulting and/or healthtech company.

Must have 7 years of product management experience in one or combination of any of the following Healthcare industries: Payer, Provider, and/or Pay-vider industries.

Must have 4 years of experience in a product engineering and external client-facing role.

Must have 4 years of experience in overseeing multiple product management processes, establishing priorities, and coordinating with teams to create schedules throughout the product life cycle.

Must have 5 years of experience in a combination of all the following: technology architecture, big data, APIs, cloud, microservices, and low/no code applications.

Must have 3 years of experience in assessing client business models and identifying new revenue opportunities within the context of brand, market, user, financial, and technology constraints.

Must have 4 years of experience in a combination at least 3 of the following:
• market research
• metric creation (KPI)
• design thinking
• prototyping
• MVP development

Must have 3 years of experience in business development activities, including identifying opportunities, writing client proposals, and responding to RFPs.

Must have 3 years of experience leading product management teams.

Requires travel up to 60%, of which 20% may be international, to serve client needs.
