EY wavespace is creating innovative AI technology and products that will transform EY and our clients. The ideal candidate will join the Data & AI hub, collaborating closely with the client experience team.

Tasks & responsibilities:

• Take charge of different tasks within the projects under the supervision of a senior or manager: research, design,etc.
• Become an active member of the project team, participating in internal and external meetings, proposing actions and ideas to better accomplish the objectives, communicate with diverse stakeholders, etc.
• Research and propose any opportunities to use technology to solve problems and encourage innovative ideas to be used across the firm.
• Help align project outcomes with innovation strategy by acting as an intermediary between business and technology stakeholders
• Ensure delivery of projects by providing support in any operational tasks
• Providing support in running client experience activities; running workshops, design thinking sessions, facilitating visits, etc

Profile:

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant discipline related to business and/or technologies, or design.
• Critical thinking capabilities, with ability to see the ‘big picture’ while also diving into the details when necessary.
• Communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to analyze and clearly articulate complex issues into clear & compelling recommendations
• Attention to detail
• Fluent in English, about 75% of our projects are for international clients, so English is a must
