SaT - S&E - Corporate Strategy :

We help corporates, private equity, governments, sovereign wealth funds, private and family businesses, and educational institutions with their key financial issues. From portfolio review and capital allocation processes to financial planning analytics and decision support, we have the people, analytics and tools to better allocate capital. Our team helps clients manage their risk/return trade-offs to support them with better decision-making around financing and capital efficiency.

Your key responsibilities
Technical Excellence
Strong application of First Principles Thinking to break down complex problems into fundamental components, enabling innovative, fact-based strategic solutions and disruptive business models.
Expertise in strategy development, diligence, operational transformation, and margin enhancement within the Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) sector.
Deep understanding of Commercial Due Diligence processes, including market sizing, competitive landscape analysis, customer segmentation, financial modelling, and risk assessment to support investment decisions.
Proven ability to lead and manage large-scale projects such as carve-outs, restructuring, and joint go-to-market (GTM) partnerships.
Proficiency in financial and budget management to optimize resource allocation and maximize ROI.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into actionable insights, leveraging advanced data analytics and emerging technologies relevant to TMT.
Knowledge of emerging trends and risk management aligned with business and commercial objectives.
Capability to collaborate effectively across teams, leadership in team development, mentoring, and retention to foster a culture of innovation and high performance.
Skills and attributes
To qualify for the role you must have
Qualification
Advanced degree preferred, such as CA Rank Holders or MBA from tier 1 institutes such as IIM (A, B, C, L, I,K), ISB, XLRI or other premier management schools.
Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience in consulting, strategy, or business transformation within the TMT or related sectors.
Experience
Prior experience with MBB (McKinsey, BCG, Bain), Big 4 (EY, Deloitte, PwC, KPMG), Kearney, Oliver Wyman, A&M with focus or exposure in the TMT sector is highly desirable.
Proven track record of partnering with C-suite executives and managing diverse global teams.
Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferably experience in operational transformation, margin enhancement, growth strategy, transaction advisory, commercial due diligence, or M&A consulting related to TMT businesses.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or domain-specific credentials advantageous.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in dynamic, fast-paced consulting environments.
