The opportunity

We are seeking a Manager to join our Technology Transformation team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ERP, with a focus on Microsoft NAV/Business Central, and will be responsible for leading technology transformation projects that help our clients optimize their business processes.

Your key responsibilities
• Lead the implementation and optimization of ERP solutions, with an emphasis on Microsoft NAV/Business Central.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop customized solutions.
• Manage the project lifecycle from conception to delivery, ensuring that objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Provide technical guidance and leadership to the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
• Analyze and interpret data to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation in clients' business processes.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technology and digital transformation.

To qualify for the role, you must have
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technology consulting or solution delivery, with a strong focus on ERP systems — particularly Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central.

• Solid technical understanding of Business Central architecture, including extensions (AL language), integrations (APIs, web services), workflows, and reporting.

• Proven experience in end-to-end ERP implementation, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Experience with Azure services, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), and data migration tools is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure delivery of complex technical projects.

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both technical and business discussions.
• Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MB-800: Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate) are a strong plus.
