We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to drive the success of our AI initiatives by bridging the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams. In this role, you'll identify AI opportunities, gather and translate business requirements, and ensure AI solutions deliver measurable business value.
Your new job | About your main responsibilities
As an Business Analyst AI Projects you:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand challenges, objectives, and opportunities for AI implementation
- Identify and evaluate business processes that could benefit from AI/ML solutions
- Gather, document, and analyze business requirements for AI projects
- Translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technical teams
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses for proposed AI initiatives
- Develop business cases and ROI projections for AI investments
- Create user stories, process flows, and requirement specifications
- Facilitate workshops and meetings between business and technical teams
- Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and insights that inform AI solutions
- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Define success metrics and KPIs for AI projects
- Support change management and user adoption of AI solutions
- Conduct user acceptance testing and gather feedback
- Document processes, workflows, and business logic

Your skills and strengths | About your unique contribution
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 1 year working on AI/ML or data science projects
- Strong understanding of AI/ML capabilities and how they can solve business problems
- Ability to assess whether AI is the right solution for a given business challenge
- Experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Experience with agile methodologies and project management
- Understanding of data governance, privacy, and ethical considerations in AI
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, or related field
- Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or related credentials
- Experience with SQL and basic data querying
- Familiarity with AI/ML terminology and common use cases (NLP, computer vision, predictive analytics)
- Experience with process modeling tools (BPMN, Visio, Lucidchart)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding of MLOps and AI model lifecycle
- Experience in specific industry domains (finance, healthcare, retail, etc.)
- Background in statistics or data analysis
- Exposure to Python or R for data analysis
Technical Knowledge
- Data Analysis: Excel, SQL basics, statistical analysis
- Visualization Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar
- Documentation: Confluence, SharePoint, JIRA, Azure DevOps
- Process Modeling: BPMN, UML, flowcharting tools
- AI Awareness: Understanding of ML algorithms, LLMs, computer vision, NLP applications
- Project Management: Agile/Scrum, requirement tracking tools

- Experience with AI ethics, responsible AI, and regulatory compliance
- Background in multiple industries and diverse AI use cases
- Experience with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
- Knowledge of edge AI and IoT architectures
- Experience with conversational AI, computer vision, or NLP solutions
- Understanding of cost optimization for AI workloads
Technical Expertise
- AI/ML Technologies: Deep learning, NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, generative AI (LLMs, diffusion models)
- Cloud Platforms: AWS (SageMaker, Bedrock), Azure (AI Services, OpenAI), GCP (Vertex AI)
- Data Technologies: SQL/NoSQL databases, data warehouses, data lakes, streaming platforms
- MLOps Tools: MLflow, Kubeflow, DVC, model registries
- Architecture: Microservices, API design, event-driven architectures, serverless
- Programming: Python, understanding of other languages (Java, Scala, etc.)
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes
- Integration: REST APIs, message queues, ETL/ELT pipelines
