EY-Parthenon is a global consulting firm comprised of more than 25,000 professionals that provides clients with advice on a broad range of topics within Corporate & Growth Strategy, Transformation, M&A, and ESG, Financial Diligence and Economics, and Corporate Finance. We continue to grow our global presence and are looking for curious minds who want to accelerate their career by joining the Transactions & Corporate Finance team in the Tbilisi office.
These are the different areas you will be able to be a part of:
• Transaction Diligence: Helps clients in buying or selling businesses by analyzing financial, commercial, and operational data to identify risks, opportunities, and value drivers. 
• Valuations, Modelling, and Economics: Analyzing businesses for growth opportunities and helping them gain a competitive edge. 
• Strategy and Execution: Support mergers and acquisitions transactions by understanding clients’ strategic goals and applying creative thinking to help achieve successful outcomes. 
• Infrastructure Advisory, Modelling & Project Finance: Helps develop and review financial models for energy and infrastructure projects by assessing assumptions, risks, and outcomes to ensure the technical and financial consistency of the models. 
Your key responsibilities:
• Performing secondary research using a variety of sources (e.g., analyst reports, market research reports, news articles) 
• Executing various analyses (e.g., customer segmentation, market sizing, competitor analysis, macroeconomic forecasting) to support the strategic recommendations 
• Assist in projects providing consultancy services for corporate valuation and financial modeling 
• Participate in both the preparation of valuation models and comparison of different business valuation methods 
• Contribute to the preparation of valuation reports, research reports and opinions for clients 
Skills and attributes for success:
• Strong academic track record with a degree in business administration, finance, economics, or similar (a specialization in Corporate Finance is plus) 
• Fluent proficiency in written and spoken English. Knowledge of Georgian is essential 
• Excellent understanding of financial mathematics, corporate finance, data analysis and investment analysis 
• Keen interest to learn more about the Financial Services market in Georgia and beyond. 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, particularly MS Excel and MS Word 
• Good interpersonal skills 
• Self-motivation and goal orientation
