The opportunity : Senior Manager-CHS-Assurance-ASU - Audit - Audit Services - Pune
Assurance: Assurances purpose is to inspire confidence and trust to enable a complex world to work. We help clients by: 
 1) Ensuring their accounts comply with the requisite assurance standards 
 2) Providing a robust and clear perspective to assurance committees and 
 3) Providing critical information for stakeholders. 
 Assurance Services: Our tailored external assurance services help build trust and confidence through transparency, clarity and consistency. Assurance services involve reporting on the fairness in all material respects with which a clients audited financial statements are presented, in conformity with the applicable financial reporting framework.
 We are transforming the assurance to provide the organizations we serve with greater confidence, a better perspective of their business and enhanced transparency into the assurance, in order to deliver assurance of the highest quality.  Role & responsibilities
 Technical excellence
 -  Audit consultations
 -  Drafting Practice Alerts
 -  Support in Firm registrations and compliances; inspections (review responses, tracking)
 -  Working on regulatory matters and other need based projects
 -  Extensive knowledge of audit and accounting standards both technical understanding and practice of the audit matters
 -  Well versed in regulatory and technical knowledge
 
To qualify for the role, you must have
 -  A qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)- till May 2024 pass outs
 -  8-13 years of relevant post qualification Audit experience, preferably within technical teams of large/listed companies would be preferable

What we look for
 People with the ability to work in a collaborative way to provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. You will need a practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. You should possess excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation and negotiation skills. The role expects you to be flexible, adaptable, and creative, with willingness to travel.
