Deliver Manager (LC/NC)

Your scope of duties:
- Oversee the entire delivery process, including proposals for delivery strategies, planning, defining tasks and deliverables, quality control, risk analysis and management, status reports, budget control, problem reporting and management systems, follow-up, and organization.
- Guide delivery activities and review deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Influence and negotiate delivery outcomes across multiple functions. Prepare and present analysis, insights, and recommendations to assist defined governance forums and senior client stakeholders with decision-making.
- Prepare and maintain delivery and quality plans, tracking activities against the plan, and providing regular and accurate reports.
- Maintain focus to ensure that deliveries meet key priorities and dependencies, and are managed to realize business benefits within agreed timelines.
- Estimate costs, timescales, and resource requirements for the successful completion of each delivery to agreed terms of reference.
- Identify and advise on delivery-level decisions that influence significant project direction and escalate decisions that cannot be resolved to the agreed governance forums.
- Participate in functional and technical working groups and progress meetings, collaborating effectively with stakeholders in Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid delivery environments.
- Monitor costs, timescales, and resources used, taking action where these deviate from agreed tolerances. Ensure that delivered systems/solutions are implemented within these criteria.
- Manage the change control procedure, gaining agreement for revisions to the delivery from project sponsors.
- Drive new business and delivery opportunities, cooperating with other relevant teams within EY, and organizing and running task groups.

Our requirements:
- University degree in a relevant subject (preferably Computer Science or Economy/Banking).
- 7+ years of professional experience in Technology/Finance Project Management.
- Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
- Good knowledge of English, both written and verbal.
- Strong record of projects completed preferably in Financial Sector
- Willingness to learn and continuously expand technical and business skills
- Ability to build relationships with EY’s Clients
- Project management, productivity, planning and workload management skills
- Is not afraid to make decisions and have “problem solving” attitude
- Fluency in English
- Academic degree in IT, Finance, or a related field
- Willingness to travel and/or work in hybrid mode from Warsaw office
- Very good knowledge of MS Office especially MS PowerPoint
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of project management & Agile methodologies
- Knowledge of tools like Microsoft Project, JIRA, Confluence or similar
- Excellent communication skills in order to interact with a range of stakeholders
- Experience with Low Code/No Code platforms
- AI knowledge and experience
- Familiarity with insurance business processes in at least one of the following areas: sales path, claims handling, or billing
- Experience in Consulting
