Location: Wrocław - 2 days in office / 3 days remote

Your key responsibilities

  • Lead organizational change management activities to support the successful implementation of Global Data Risk and Stewardship initiatives across multiple business lines.
  • Act as a strategic partner to Regional Data Risk Leaders, Service Line Quality Leaders, GDS functional leaders, Risk Management Leaders
  • translating complex data governance requirements into actionable and understandable change and communication plans.
  • Develop and execute stakeholder engagement strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and compliance with data protection and governance policies and programs, with a focus in AI adoption, AI-Ready Data and Agentic Data Risk
  • Design and deliver targeted communication, training, and enablement programs to build data literacy and embed data ownership culture across teams.
  • Collaborate with program and project managers to align change management strategies with broader transformation goals.
  • Identify and manage resistance, assess organizational readiness, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure sustainable change.
  • Define and track key success metrics for adoption, engagement, and compliance to measure change effectiveness.
  • Provide advisory support to leadership on change impact, communications, and stakeholder management for ongoing data governance initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of accountability and transparency in data handling practices, ensuring alignment with privacy and compliance requirements.
  • Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement of the global data governance framework.

  • Proven ability to translate complex data governance and privacy concepts into clear, actionable guidance for diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated capability to bridge the gap between legal, technical, and business teams, enabling alignment and mutual understanding.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication and storytelling skills, able to craft narratives that inspire adoption and build a culture of accountability.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term vision with hands-on delivery and execution.
  • Expertise in stakeholder engagement and management across global and cross-functional environments.
  • Experience designing and delivering change management strategies, communications, and training programs that drive measurable adoption.
  • Empathetic approach to leading change, with the ability to identify resistance early and implement targeted mitigation plans.
  • Adept at fostering trust, inclusion, and psychological safety during periods of transition.
  • Strong analytical skills to define and monitor success metrics related to engagement, adoption, and compliance.
